LDS Tours for Cruise ship Travelers

2 main ports in the mexican caribbean

Docking in Cozumel:
Explore the Tulum ruins in our express tour with the most personalized and professional LDS service available in the area, whether you arrive by cruise ship in Cozumel, Playa del Carmen or any place from Cancun and the Mayan Riviera.
Our Tulum express tours were designed by demand, many of our valued clients were seeking a private LDS tour of Tulum at the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. They asked for a tour that got them away from the masses of cruise passengers on packed busses. They wanted the guidance and direction of a professional LDS guide who would personally ensure a tour that fit with their port times and offered them an incredible experience without the worry of missing their ships departure. We’re proud to say: mission accomplished!

How to get across from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen:
1. Try to get off the cruise ship as soon as possible, and always keep your group together to gain time.
2. Get a taxi cab or van for your group at the docking area. Ask the driver to go to the ferry to cross to Playa del Carmen. It’s about 10 minutes away from docking area.
3. Buy a one way ferry ticket. (You’ll buy your return ticket at the completion of your tour.) This is to make sure you’ll buy the correct return ticket for the ferry when you go back to Cozumel after your tour (as there are two different ferry operators). It’s only about 35 minutes to get across.
4. There are two ferry companies departing every hour in high season and more sporadically in low season. We have to plan and coordinate with the ferry times. NOTE: We have no control over the ferry schedules; it is a mutual responsibility between you and us to be aware of the ferry schedule.
5. You can bring your cell phone in case of an emergency and you need to contact us. Most cell phones from other countries work great with local roaming in Mexico. Our telephone number is: (984) 109-0684
6. NOTE: Most tourists get across to Playa del Carmen the first time without a problem. On occasions, tourist may ask for directions and help when they get off the ship. Beware! There are many vendors/salesmen who will want to lure you into their shops, want to sell you their tours, and will try to convince you at all cost to not cross to Playa del Carmen. This is very common among vendors of Cozumel, so use good judgment to know who to trust.
We'll be waiting for you at the pier by Senior Frogs restaurant displaying a large sign in yellow of Alma's LDS tours. We'll make sure you're back to your ship on time and safely. This is our job!

• Pick up at Señor Frogs restaurant in main land
• Admission fees to archaeological site and LDS guided tour
