Attending to the LDS Church in Playa del Carmen

Alma's LDS Tours can make it A LOT EASIER for you! Attending to Church in the Playa del Carmen can be the highlight of your trip. It's a great opportunity for you and your Family to meet local LDS members and feel the Spirit as you enjoy the sacrament meeting in a foreign language.

We gladly provide transportation free of charge when booking ahead as a sign of appreciation for choosing Alma's LDS Tours as your preferred tour company (ask us how to be eligible).

  • 9:00 AM Schedule (sacrament meeting first)
  • 11:00 AM Schedule (sacrament meeting first)

Estimated Taxi Fares to the LDS Chappel in Playa del Carmen

  • 4 Passenger Taxi Fare: $15-$25 US. (One-Way)
  • 5-8 Passenger Taxi-Fares: $30-$50 US. (One-Way)

How to give directions to your Taxi Driver

Most taxi drivers are already familiar with the "Mormon Church" in Playa del Carmen. So normally, you simply have to tell them to take you to the "Mormon Church" or "Iglesia Mormona" ; which is how you say it in Spanish. If he requires more directions tell him the Church is located on THE 307 HIGHWAY NEXT TO OFFICE DEPOT. The address is 50 AVE. NORTH BETWEEN 6 ST. AND 8 ST. COLONIA CENTRO.


Ask us for how to get transported to and from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints meetings on Sunday for FREE! To be eligible for this service free of charge we require from you to book at least two tours in advance.
