About this tour

Join us on an epic journey through the vast jungle of the Yucatan Peninsula and become a real explorer as we visit Cobá and Ek-Balam in one day! Enjoy the genuineness of these sites as they lay deep in the forest with almost none restoration.

The advantages of choosing this tour are that you get to encounter Mayan sites in their natural state just as they were discovered, you can climb on nearly every building and get up close to carvings and paintings. And as we travel through Mayan villages and towns, you will get a real taste of Mexico as you watch local customs and lifestyles.

This tour also includes a traditional Yucatan cuisine Buffet meal and a Cenote swimming activity. Book your tour with Alma’s LDS Tours today!

Wonderful Tours, Fantastic Guide

We used Alma’s LDS Tours for almost everything on our family week-long trip to Cancun: the shuttle to and from the airport, two full-day tours (Tulum, Coba, cenote / Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, cenote Ik Kil), and a ride to and from church. Ricardo shared so many amazing facts about all of the ruins we saw as well as how they compare and connect to other ruins in the surrounding areas. I really appreciated how Alma’s LDS Tours truly included everything in the price you pay up front except for tips and souvenirs. So many other tours look cheaper, but if you read the fine print, they don’t include entrance fees to sites or life jackets for cenotes or city taxes.
