About this tour

“The temple was a place of learning for the Savior when He was on the earth; it was very much a part of His life. Temple blessings are available once again in our day.” – James E. Faust

If you are looking for a spiritual experience during your stay in Mexico, we invite to come with us to the Merida, Yucatan LDS Temple; the nearest LDS temple to Cancun and the Riviera Maya. As we travel, our expert tour guides will share with you inspiring insights and stories about the Mexican LDS pioneers who´s dedication and work eventually led to the construcción of this beautiful temple for the Yucatan Peninsula.

On this tour, you will also see the beautiful historical city centre of Merida, famous for its old Spanish colonial architecture and fabulous cathedrals and ex-haciendas. We also enjoy a wonderful meal at a exhacienda and taste the world famous Yucatan Cuisine.
